Many people have questions about the Rental or Sales process and how your relationship with your agent works. If you have any questions about this, feel free to email me and I would be happy to try and answer your questions.

You do not need to worry about Agent commitment or obligation to come look at properties. Marston Beacon Hill agents are committed to finding you exactly what you are looking for, but if you find this elsewhere instead, then that is fine too. There are no fees or any charges that you need to worry about in just speaking with us, meeting with us, or seeing properties with us. The only time you worry about payment of any kind is when you decide to make an offer on a property.

For rentals, every property listing is different and some are full fee, some are half fee, and still others can be no fee. Also, quite often, this is all negotiable including the rent itself! Please always ask as these requirements can also change depending on market conditions and other factors specific to each listing.

What we can do for you is send you properties that might be of interest to you that fit your move-in time-frame, price, and requirements. Also, although you do not need to commit to us, many clients choose to send us other listings they see and quite often we either have direct access to them as well or can set up an appointment for you to see them. This way you only have to work with one agency and we will know exactly what you are looking for and what you have seen/not seen yet. Again, this is completely up to you.
